This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through mansplussize.shop and is intended to provide customers in Germany with clear information about returns, statutory withdrawal rights, defective goods, and refunds.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have the right under applicable German and European consumer law to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
For ordinary goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
If one order contains several goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when you or your designated third party receives the last item, where required by applicable law.
Your statutory rights are separate from any additional voluntary return rights we may offer.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must make a clear statement informing us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Your withdrawal statement should contain enough information for us to identify you and the relevant order, such as your name, order number, and the product or products concerned.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a valid statutory right of withdrawal.
When the legally required electronic withdrawal function is used, an electronic confirmation of receipt will be provided in accordance with applicable requirements.
3. Withdrawal Deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Return Instructions
Before sending a product back, contact info@mansplussize.shop or complete the electronic withdrawal process available through the store.
We will provide the appropriate return instructions for the relevant order.
Do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address or to the address of a carrier, payment provider, or other third party unless specifically instructed by us.
Products must be securely packaged to reduce the risk of damage while in transit.
Customers should retain proof of dispatch until the return has been received and the refund has been completed.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
The statutory right of withdrawal allows consumers to inspect and handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Customers may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when inspecting the product in a physical store.
A return will not automatically be refused merely because original packaging has been opened where opening the packaging was reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Where possible, products should be returned with their original packaging, accessories, labels, documentation, and other items supplied with the order.
This condition does not restrict mandatory statutory rights.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For a standard change-of-mind withdrawal under the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this information has been properly communicated as required by law.
We recommend using a tracked return method.
If the goods are defective, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming and the return is based on applicable statutory conformity rights, mansplussize.shop will bear reasonable necessary return costs where required by law.
7. Refunds Following Withdrawal
When a valid withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse payments that must be reimbursed under applicable law.
Because standard delivery on mansplussize.shop is free, there is normally no standard outbound shipping charge to refund.
If an optional premium or express delivery service is offered and selected at additional cost, any amount exceeding the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us does not have to be reimbursed where applicable law permits.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed and does not result in additional costs to the customer.
We will process the refund within the period required by applicable law.
For goods, we may be entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
8. Statutory Rights for Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
The 14-day right of withdrawal is not the same as your legal rights relating to defective products.
Consumers purchasing new goods in the EU generally benefit from a minimum two-year statutory legal guarantee relating to conformity.
A product may be non-conforming if, for example, it:
- is defective;
- does not correspond to the agreed description;
- is materially different from what was ordered;
- lacks agreed characteristics;
- is damaged before delivery to the customer; or
- otherwise fails to meet applicable contractual or legal conformity requirements.
Where a product is legally non-conforming, customers may be entitled to remedies such as repair or replacement and, where statutory conditions are satisfied, a price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.
Any remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable German and EU consumer law.
Necessary shipping costs relating to valid statutory defect claims will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears incomplete, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Photographs of the product, packaging, or shipping label may be requested where reasonably necessary to investigate the issue, but we will not use unreasonable evidence requirements to deprive customers of mandatory statutory rights.
10. Statutory Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to certain categories of contracts or goods where an exception established by applicable law applies.
Depending on the products offered, examples may include:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- certain sealed audio, video, or software products after unsealing;
- goods that have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery; and
- other products or services specifically excluded by applicable consumer law.
An exception will only be relied upon where the legal requirements for that exception are actually satisfied.
11. Exchanges
Unless expressly offered for a particular product, we do not guarantee a direct exchange process.
Where appropriate, the fastest method may be to return the eligible item under the applicable return procedure and place a new order for the preferred product or size.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
12. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact:

However, because orders may enter processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request received after an order has been placed can be completed before dispatch.
If the order has already been dispatched, eligible consumers may still exercise their statutory right of withdrawal after delivery.
13. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Refusing delivery or failing to collect an order does not necessarily replace the requirement to make a clear withdrawal declaration.

Any refund relating to an unclaimed or refused parcel will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the return.
14. Refund Processing
Once a refund is issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, credit card provider, or other financial institution.
If we confirm that a refund has been issued but it has not appeared after a reasonable processing period, contact your payment provider and then contact us at info@mansplussize.shop if further assistance is required.
15. Fraudulent Return Activity
mansplussize.shop reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, abusive, manipulated, or deceptive return activity.
This provision will not be used to restrict legitimate statutory consumer rights.
16. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy excludes or limits rights granted to consumers by mandatory German or European Union consumer law.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory statutory consumer right, the mandatory statutory right prevails.
